FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Medical staffing company relocates to downtown Royal Oak loft style office. Royal Oak, MI March 8, 2010 - The downtown Royal Oak area has normally attracted creative businesses and advertising type agencies. Typically medical and back office functions choose not to work in the area due to lack of parking and often inefficient layouts. This was not the case with Care Solutions Network a medical outsourcing company, one of downtown Royal Oak's newest business residents.
Care Solution's President Ali Ucar was looking for the exact opposite office environment he had for years in his former Bingham Farms space. The company was represented by Ryan Richmond, vice president with Trowbridge Realty. “I receive many calls about the downtown Royal Oak office market and more lately they have been from the non-prototypical advertising/creative agencies. This is great for the city to have a varying mix of tenants, not only will it bring even more diversity to the area but will help create long term stability for the office market.” said Richmond.
The corner office suite is located on the second floor of 123 South Main above Andiamos and overlooks the downtown area. The approximately 2500sf of renovated space has an open loft feel with exposed duct work, custom paint, glass doors and new hardwood flooring throughout. “We couldn't be happier with how the space turned out and look forward to many years in Royal Oak. We have immediately seen a change in employee moral that the new space has created.” said Tiffani Reo,a partner with Care Solutions Network.
