The award-winning, Royal Oak-based Crash Edit has recently relocated to the elegant 123 South Main building. Their lease was negotiated by Caroline Fox Pavone of Trowbridge Realty. Owner Jim Berry is excited about the new office space. "It's an awesome location. We have a great corner view of the Marshall Fredericks' sculpture, the park, the library and a nice tree-lined courtyard. It's going to be great in the summer."
He continued, "It's an inspiring place to show up to work. My only complaint is that there are too many great restaurants that are just a little too convenient. I've got to get back in the gym," referring to their location in the heart of the Central Business District. "Caroline made this transition so easy and was invaluable in helping us take advantage of the current market conditions." |
